Meet Katie
Dr. Katie Keene-Montgomery brings together the disciplines of anthropology, psychology, and hypnotherapy to help individuals unlock peak performance, build resiliency, and harness the power of the subconscious mind.
Her approach integrates both cultural and individual perspectives, allowing clients to strengthen their inner resources while aligning their goals with deeper purpose and well-being.
Our neurodivergent founder, Dr. Katie Keene-Montgomery (CH, CSLC), holds a non-secular Ph.D. in Anthropology and is completing a secular Ph.D. (ABD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, along with a Master’s in the same field. She is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist, credentialed by the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH-UK), and maintains ethical alignment with the American Association for Drugless Practitioners.
In addition, Katie is a certified Ikigai coach, guiding clients through this powerful Japanese philosophy to uncover their life’s purpose and align it with meaningful action. This blends seamlessly with her hypnotherapy and resiliency training, offering clients a holistic framework for clarity, balance, and motivation in both personal and professional domains.
Katie’s foundation in anthropology began with her undergraduate studies, where she specialized in cultural perspectives on death and dying. She continues to publish and contribute to both academic and professional communities, including as a writer for Hypnozine, a Mind & Body magazine dedicated to hypnosis, psychology, personal development, and holistic wellness.
Her work supports clients seeking relief from stress and anxiety, release from limiting patterns, creative breakthroughs, or enhanced mental performance. Drawing on her multi-faceted expertise, Katie blends science and artistry to guide transformational journeys that foster resilience, focus, and lasting change—helping clients step into their highest potential.
